We're loving the handknit blue sweater my Grandma made for Bracken for his birthday. On Thursday I seized the opportunity (with no rain and some sun) to take some pictures of Bracken in it, to show her, and I wanted to share them here too.

Now that I'm a knitter myself, I have a deeper appreciation for all the handknits my Grandma made for my sister and I while we were growing up, and now for the handknits she makes for my little one. Seeing Bracken wrapped up in a whole lot of handknit love... it warms my heart.
